Key Responsibilities & Contributions:
Business Model Transition: Managed the transition from free-to-play to a paid model, ensuring proper delisting of DLC, demo removal, and storefront adjustments, catching minor details that didn't adjust automatically (such as free2play tags on Steam)
Adapting to New Process: Navigated Meta’s new compliance check process, working with platform representatives to clarify evolving requirements.
Marketing & Submission Coordination: Adapted to late asset deliverables and shifting requirements, maintaining alignment with release deadlines.
Process Enhancements: Advocated for better deadline tracking regarding store assets and communication workflows between teams to prevent last-minute delays.
